This is the second time in two years I have had to replace my key because it was broken. I would think a key should last the life of the car. The first time it broke, it cost me 80 some dollars to replace it. This time it cost me $109.31.I understand that it the smart chip and reprogramming that are expensive, but the key itself broke. I think this cost is excessive.

Nat, Kim and Chris are wonderful people, Kim even came to the house to help with linking the garage door opener to the vehicle. Nat is patient, and Chris is extremely knowledgeable of the Malibu. Continued great service. I like the online tool to request an appointment, but they also are good at getting back to you when you call with a question, too.
