The salespeople are very congenial and explain everything well. I love getting a complimentary tire rotation and an inspection with the oil change. The waiting room is a big plus for me--very clean and comfortable. I also appreciate the fact that if you need work done, they just inform you, but no pressure to have them do it. Such great service!
Passing through town, needed an oil change. While I own a Dodge truck, I felt I couldn't be in better hands than the team at the drive up oil change station.

Took my tire on my Corvette to the Marshfeild store because tire is so wide they are the only place that can safely remove and replace it. They got a tire over night and then had the tire rim sent back to the Wisconsin Rapids store for me to pick up since it was closer to home. Then I received a phone call from the Wisconsin Rapids Store that they were bringing the tire to me so I didn't have to leave work to go get it. Amazing customer service. This is why I buy from them. We were dealing with Zach Walleye when we purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even had a sense of humor ( which is welcomed). When we first arrived at the dealership, they addressed me by name ( without me telling them) and then they asked what my wife's name was. VERY professional!! Since the truck wasn't 100%, they gave me a full tank of gas 😁 ( it's just a sensor that when it comes in, they are going to handle it). I will definitely buy another vehicle from them!

Extremely pleased with the salesperson Kyle Rothamer in explaining all the functions of my 2024 Equinox,not onlyon the day I picked up the vehicle but with the phone calls later offering any help with the new vehicle. Very patient with all the questions I had. In addition the Manager Randy Schueller was terrific in guiding me with all the paperwork and questions I had. Very satisfied with the whole experience. We worked with Nate to buy a used car. He was fantastic. He answered all our questions. he even delivered the used car to Coloma so it was more convenient for us as I didn't have all the information for the title when I was in Marshfield. Coloma is 45 minute drive closer to us and it was most appreciated.
