I walked into Wheelers Chevrolet and Connor greeted me so politely. Told him what I was interested in as We sat down at his desk. He offered me a beverage. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody took our info down for the finance aspect. Very professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork went very smooth. We will always go to Wheelers as our experience was top notch.

Wheelers made a HUGE impression! We purchased a beautiful used Equinox from Wheelers for our daughter about 6 weeks ago, and everything with the sale was easy, transparent and honest. About 5 weeks later, the car suddenly had issues and wouldn't stay running. The issue was a sensor that started failing, so nothing they could have known. Our daughter needed to head to school in Milwaukee (4hrs away), so she took our car and we kept the Equinox. I called Wheelers the next day and they drove to our house (almost 2 hrs from Marshfield) had hauled the car back to Marshfield to repair, and left us a loaner to drive. And when the Equinox repair was done, they made the arrangements to drive the Equinox to our daughter (4hrs away) and drive our car back to us. The service and care for their customers was amazing! I live in the shadow of another large GM dealer where I have purchased every new vehicle I have ever owned. But Wheelers made such an impression that I will be talking to them first the next time I am buying a new vehicle!

I had my Chevy traverse taken there to be fixed from an accident we got the car back we're grinding brakes and a bent heat shield called tried to get it fixed was told that it had to go to a specialist to see if it was due to the accident and that it would most likely not be covered under the insurance because they already signed off on it. Why in the world you you even let it off the lot like this I wouldn't recommend the auto body shop at wheelers EVER AGAIN!!! Was told it was rust in the breaks WOW

We purchased a 2023 GMC Yukon that was already in line for production. Our salesperson was Sage and we felt he was honest with us and treated us fairly! He explained the anticipated delivery timeframe which was fine. He kept us updated as he received delivery updates. we coordinated the delivery and it happened to be a weekend that we had family up visiting so we asked if we could have the car delivered to one of the other Wheelers locations which was closer for us. He made it happen and we were out the door with our new car in under an hour! Very happy with our new vehicle and the service we received! Great job to everyone involved and special thanks to Sage on his communication and pulling off our special requests.
